Coaches Code of Conduct

All coaches are required to sign a Code of Conduct. Please review, print and sign the return the document to the appropriate person.

Risk Management Form

Please review the Risk Management Form. It is a requirement of each coach to ensure his/her is current in order to coach.

Basic Level Information

5u/6u

Players: 4v4
Ball Size: 3
Duration: 4 x 10 minutes + 3 minute breaks (49 minutes total)

DO NOT play kids in front of the net. The game is about learning how to improve your soccer skills on the ball, not stand static in front of a net.

7u/8u

Players: 4v4 no keeper
Ball Size: 3
Duration: 4 x 8 minutes + 5 minute breaks (47 minutes total)

DO NOT play kids in front of the net. The game is about learning how to improve your soccer skills on the ball, not stand static in front of a net.
Referees: We will always try to supply referees for all games. However, please proceed with the game with a parent ref.

9u/10u

Players: 7v7 including goalie
Ball Size: 4
Duration: 2 x 25 minutes + up to 10 minute break (60 minutes total)

Offsides is enforced.
Build-out: Defending team will retreat to the half line and allow the pther team to play the ball out to a teammate before attacking.
No punting is allowed by the goalie.
No heading of the ball at any time.

12u

Players: 9v9 including goalie
Ball Size: 4
Duration: 2 x 30 minutes + up to 10 minute break (70 minutes total)

Heading is allowed

13u/14u

Players: 11v11 with keeper
Ball Size: 5
Duration: 35 minute halves; three referees provided

Up to three guest players if proper forms are submitted.

15u/16u

Players: 11v11 with keeper
Ball Size: 5
Duration: 40 minute halves; three referees provided

Up to three guest players if proper forms are submitted.

U19

Players: 11v11 with keeper
Ball Size: 5
Duration: 45 minute halves; three referees provided

Up to three guest players if proper forms are submitted.
